Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Returns

www.little-stars.com.au understand that sometimes a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, wrong colour or not what they expected. 

If for one of these reasons you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow the return procedures. Before returning please email little-stars.com.au to let us know. Return your product within 7 days from date of purchase. Include a copy of your receipt with your return. Products must be unopened, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Refunds, once approved by www.little-stars.com.au will only be given for the value of the item, not including the cost of shipping the item or any return postage cost. Please Note: All personalised items such as artwork, canvases, plaques, that are custom made to order are strictly non- refundable. For any reason your parcel arrived damaged in any way please contact www.little-stars.com.au immediately, preferably within 24 hours so we can follow this up with our couriers.

Shipping

www.little-stars.com.au uses Australia Post for deliveries. Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 days of processing your order, unless otherwise specified. Most areas will receive items within 2 – 14 working days. From time to time some of our products will be out of stock. Sometimes items in store can be sold the same time as online. Should this happen www.little-stars.com.au will contact you upon receipt of your order. We will give you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait for your item to arrive back in stock. All orders are a Flat Rate Shipping rate of $8.95 anywhere in Australia. 

All products will be complimentary gift wrapped.
